Myofascial Release
What is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, hands-on technique that applies sustained pressure to restricted fascia, helping to relieve pain and restore movement. These restrictions—caused by trauma, inflammation, or surgery—can create intense pressure on pain-sensitive structures, often undetectable in standard tests.
Our one-on-one MFR sessions address each client’s unique needs using specialized techniques and movement therapy. We also empower clients with self-care strategies to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall mobility.
Myofascial Release (MFR) offers a variety of benefits, including:
Pain Relief – Reduces chronic pain caused by fascial restrictions.
Improved Mobility & Flexibility – Releases tightness, restoring natural movement.
Enhanced Athletic Performance – Supports muscle recovery and prevents injuries.
Better Posture & Alignment – Addresses imbalances that contribute to discomfort.
Reduced Stress & Tension – Promotes relaxation by calming the nervous system.
Increased Circulation – Helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues for faster healing.
Support for Recovery – Aids in post-surgical or injury rehabilitation.
